Any results, outputs, or benchmarks generated by our technology are based on assumptions, including but not limited to:

  • Current lending laws, regulations, and lender practices (which may change).
  • Assumptions regarding income continuity, repayment terms, loan balance projections, interest rate stability, and other external factors.

    • Your actual results may differ materially due to changes in income, employment, family status, tax status, laws, regulations, lender criteria, or information not provided to us.

    Client Responsibilities

    By using our services, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. We disclaim liability for inaccuracies caused by user-provided or third-party data.

    Third-Party Data

    We may rely on data supplied by financial professionals, clients, credit agencies, loan servicers, or other third parties. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of this data.

    Referral and Compensation

    We may introduce you to third-party lenders. If you or your client refinance through such lenders, we may receive a referral fee. You are under no obligation to use these lenders, and you may find better options elsewhere.

    No Guarantees

    We do not guarantee:

    • That any client will qualify for refinancing.
    • That lenders will extend terms consistent with outputs.
    • That estimated savings, payments, or outcomes will occur.

    Limitation of Liability

    RefiDesk disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any direct liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the service in question.
